The Research Of Dynamic Theory Of Human Behavior And Its Enlightenment On Values Education

Needs, interest, desire, ideal, faith, belief and so on are all human behavior motivation, they committed to promote and maintain the momentum of human behavior. They not only determine the way of human’s behavior, human’s thinking and cognition, but also they are the power of values formation. This paper chose needs, desire, and ideal which are respectively from the three factors as the research object. First of all, it overviewed the basic theory of needs, desire and ideal which included concept, characteristics and types. Based on this, it used the relational model between levels in dynamical system to discriminate the relation between needs, desire and ideals. The relational model between levels in dynamical system manifested that the lower level is the foundation of the higher level, the highest level influences the lower levels, and all levels is the part of the system; they constitute the overall system movement. According to the relational model, it stated needs are the basis of desire and ideal, ideal affect needs and desire, they constitute human behavior dynamics system. The paper further clarified all levels of behavior dynamic belonging to the value pursuit, while the value pursuit is one of the value forms, therefore the three levels of behavior dynamic are closely related to values. Finally the paper clarified the previous values education ignoring the layered research of the various forms of value pursuit. Basing on this issue it explored the enlightenment to values education. It indicated that people should fully understand and meet the reasonable needs of the education object, strongly advocate to moderate desire and return to people’s needs, to strengthen the ideal education and to guide education object sets up the lofty ideal in the work of values education.
