Children and teenagers are the masters of the 21 st century, bear the mission of inheritance and carry forward the martial arts. Countries strongly advocated martial arts in campus in recent years, more and more attention to the martial arts education of youngsters’ and children’s, but the present school martial arts teaching present situation is not optimistic, students do not love, don’t want to learn, so that the effect of kung fu is poor, the problem has been spread in the martial arts in elementary student groups. In the field of education teaching, focus on motivation design constantly present a rising trend, ARCS motivation design pattern is more influential in the design of incentive theory, the theory put forward by keller, to pay Attention to(Attention), the vital(deep), self-confidence(Confidence) and Satisfaction(Satisfaction) four key elements of the English word of the first letter of naming, it can be interpreted as the basis of arousing students’ Attention, help students establish a contact with knowledge and Confidence from the appropriate tasks in order to achieve some kind of Satisfaction. As a complete set of theory of motivation design,ARCS motivation design pattern has been widely used in various disciplines, each group, and achieved a good motive excitation effect, in varying degrees have been improved learning motivation and enhance the role of academic achievement.Therefore, based on ARCS motivation design pattern of primary school children wushu learning motivation, by applying the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics, the primary school grade four students of Shanghai Ming 13 weeks(13 hours) of martial arts teaching experiment research, the following conclusions:1, on the basis of ARCS motivation design patterns, a preliminary set up in the martial arts martial arts teaching content, teaching goal, the martial arts teaching program of the closed circulation of martial arts teaching based on the pattern of ARCS motivation design design, produce good teaching effect. 2, based on the ARCS motivation design pattern of martial arts teaching design to improve the students’ attention, direct practicality, have very significant effect, to improve the students’ satisfaction has significant effect. At the same time of improve the level of wushu learning motivation, can significantly improve the students’ wushu achievement level. In addition, compared with the conventional teaching method, based on the ARCS motivation design of martial arts teaching has obvious advantages. 3, based on the ARCS motivation design mode of martial arts teaching can significantly improve the level of primary school boy martial arts learning motivation of the martial arts, vital, satisfaction and schoolgirl note,self-confidence in learning motivation level. To improve primary school boy martial arts learning motivation level of martial arts learning motivation level of personal confidence and schoolgirl, satisfaction effect is not very ideal. In addition,based on the ARCS motivation design mode of martial arts teaching can significantly improve the level of achievement of the male and female wushu. Advice: 1, the martial arts teaching design should be based on the pattern of ARCS motivation design for further refinement, in martial arts teaching content implementation difficulty and can combine with the reasonable completion, teaching strategies fordifferent martial arts teaching content design, makes every effort to martial arts teaching design based on ARCS motivation design pattern can not influenced by the teaching staff, directly applied in the martial arts teaching. 2, the sample with the experimental time is an important influence on the results of the study, based on the ARCS motivation design mode of martial arts teaching should be carried out in the sample and the experimental time, at the same time, increase the tracking survey,based on the ARCS motivation design mode of martial arts teaching martial arts to improve students learning motivation and achievement levels whether has the characteristics of the long-term.
