The integrity is a virtue. Chinese culture emphasizes “Sincere to self-cultivation, and creditable to live”. Integrity has a long and profound historical and cultural heritage. It is also a spiritual pillar of Chinese nation and the development of human reproduction. But with the rapid development and great changes of social economy in our country, the influx of multiple values and the improvement of living standards of citizen, the integrity quality have met with an unprecedented impact. The endless pursuit of interests makes people trample integrity and swindling, plagiarism are challenging the bottom line of integrity, which do harm to the long social development and constructing a harmonious society. Junior students not only have the mission to the national revival and civilization communication, but also stay at a critical period of moral formation, so it has great theoretical and practical significance to cultivate the integrity quality.Based on the above thinking, this study takes junior students as the research objects and does constructive research centered on the theory and practice of integrity quality. Exploring the ideological origins of integrity and the contemporary value of traditional integrity education, analyzing the present situation of integrity of junior students, dissecting the formation mechanism of integrity, and constructing the integrity education of junior students, which guide them to follow the integrity principle consciously and learn to be responsible for themselves, others, and society. This paper mainly includes the following contents:(1) This study analyzes the meaning of integrity in ancient China and traditional integrity education based on western’s contractual ideas from two different ways. it also discusses the present situation of traditional integrity education in modern schools.(2) In order to know the present integrity situation and the developing characteristics of junior students, through questionnaire and interview to junior students and teachers, it analyzes the present integrity situation of junior students, summarizes the characteristics of integrity and has a profound reflect on integrity education.(3) In order to crack the external mechanism, and explore the external reason of the present integrity situation, combined with cases, this study analyzes the external mechanism of junior students from three aspect include culture, education and system.(4) In order to crack the internal mechanism, based on two real cases, analyzes and summarizes it from driving and element. Demand and motivation is the fundamental power of it, cognitive emotional determination and behavior is the necessary part of it. Driving and element closely linked and influenced each other, they both constitute the internal of mechanism.(5) To ensure the effective ways to construct integrity education, this study will construct through the external system and integrity educational system on the basis of the formation mechanism of integrity of junior students. First, it optimizes the aspect of integrity education needs, the external cultural, education and system. Second, as the system, it creates the basis, object, context, method and evaluation of integrity education.
