Integrity means the social interaction non-deception,everyone keeps his promise,the final result is that one's speech and action can match with each other,which is the cornerstone for sustained and healthy development of society.the meaning of contemporary college students integrity education includes many aspects, that is,in order to comply with the development of the socialist market economy and the open and reform policy,makes the university the young people's ideological and moral construction of the forward positions,with various measures of education and family education,the integrity of the university students of education,the ultimate solution to the current university student groups that exist in credibility crisis,offer the high-quality human resources.This paper is composed of four parts:The first part refers to the meaning and great significance of college students integrity education.In the new era,student education integrity problems focused on effectiveness of teaching content and teaching art,as well as all the coordination of above-mentioned factors.The fact is that the college integrity education is not scientific,systematic,students has no enthusiasm in integrity education,and some teacher lack of initiative to engage in integrity education.The second Part refers to the main problems in student integrity education and the reasons for its formation.The main problems in students integrity education is that China's social and economic development is of an important transitional period,teachers and students has no clear conception in the integrity education,the lack of a lively content in integrity education is an big problem,so as the lack of diverse forms of education,lack of teachers,as such,family and society is fail to make the coordination and cooperation in the education process,scientific and reasonable evaluation of the appropriate incentive mechanisms is also not be established,which are the urgent problem that the integrity education must solve.For above reasons,we must strengthen the basic means of education in integrity education.First of all,college and university leadership should fully understand the importance of integrity in education,while university teachers should fully understand the importance of education and integrity,and,college students have to take this problem every serious.Strengthen the integrity education of university students of education,the integrity education form must be rich,based on the variety of campus cultural activities,the college students can fully understand the importance of integrity to develop students ability to self-control,the formation of self-education classroom teaching and students,as well as other forms of education that combines an effective form.Schools should make full use of various social forces to strengthen the integrity of university students of education,schools must actively contact the parents do a good job with the integrity of university students of education,the establishment of schools and society,the family integrity of college education coordination mechanisms.The third Part refers to the incentive mechanism for the college student integrity education.In order to mobilize the enthusiasm,the incentive mechanism and incentive mechanism for the integrity education of college students must be established,including the establishment of teacher evaluation of the integrity of education incentives;the establishment of university students file integrity;to establish the integrity of education students conduct and integrity of the evaluation of a combination of incentives;the establishment of college academic and moral integrity monitoring mechanism;the establishment of college education and the integrity of the supervision mechanism integrity act.Through the relevant system,the integrity of education for university students to provide a strong policy support.
