In class, classroom assessment and feedback will directly affect the teaching quality. As the development of informatization of education and educational technology, great changes have taken place in the way of classroom assessment and feedback in recent years. However, as the uniqueness of information technology courses of junior high school, the change of classroom assessment and feedback in information technology courses is not significant. According to the reading and collation of the literature, the observation in the practical teaching and the teaching tool, Ittools3.0 (the tutor auxiliary platform of information technology teaching), which using in process of practical teaching, the main content of this paper is to design the new strategies on classroom assessment and feedback to promote the effective teaching on information technology courses of junior high school. After the part of design, using the new strategies on classroom assessment and feedback in process of practical teaching about PHOTOSHOP of information technology courses of 8th grades in Junior High of NO.1 Middle School Affiliated to Central China Normal University. Then, make a detailed effect analysis of the research through collect, discuss and analyze the research data.The paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter I:First of all, this chapter demonstrates the research background, the definition about important concepts, research purpose and research meaning of this paper. Then, introduce the research contents, research techniques and the status of relevant research (including domestic and international literature review) about this paper systematically.Chapter Ⅱ:For a start, introduce the types and characteristics of classroom assessment and feedback briefly. Moreover, demonstrates the theoretical principles of classroom assessment and feedback.Chapter Ⅲ:This chapter analyze the characteristics of information technology courses of junior high schools, including the characteristics of students, the properties of courses, and the status of teaching.Chapter Ⅳ:First, introduce the design principles, implementation process and design model of classroom assessment and feedback in class of information technology courses of junior high school. Then, demonstrates the situation of design and implement research protocol systematically.Chapter V:This chapter analyze the situation of the research which design and implement in above chapter. Then, get the research results through collect, discuss and analyze the research data.Chapter Ⅵ:In the first place, summarize this research. In the next place, offer suggestions about the strategies on assessment and feedback in class of information technology courses of junior high school. At last, reflect the defects of this research and offer the new direction to further research.
