With the wide application of information technology in all areas of society, information technology has become an important part of the training in the primary and secondary school education. Information technology can improve the information literacy of information technology, practical and innovation ability of students. Information technology is more and more very important in the course of primary and secondary school curriculum. The students and teachers are getting more and more attention of teaching about the information technology. The classroom evaluation method is introduced into the classroom teaching of information technology, the purpose is to promote and encourage students to progress and development, to improve the teachers’ classroom teaching efficiency. At the same time, the classroom evaluation method also facilitates teaching management of the school leaders and teachers about information technology classroom. It has important meaning to research classroom evaluation method of the information technology.The study of classroom assessment method is part of teaching management. The good implementation of classroom evaluation method about information technology can promote the school teaching management. The traditional evaluation methods, is single. It mainly evaluates students in the form of examination. The students are passively accepted evaluation. The evaluation content is single. It is as the evaluation content from mastery degree of the textbook knowledge. So we need to explore a new method of classroom assessment, in order to serve the teaching management of information technology in the primary school classroom.Firstly, this paper surveys the current situation of classroom assessment at home and abroad, and expounds the significance of classroom assessment. This paper introduces the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis bout classroom assessment. The status of primary school information technology classroom evaluation is investigated and analyzed. There are some problems in the evaluation of primary school information technology. The Countermeasures of improving the classroom evaluation system of the primary school information technology are put forward. Firstly, we should construct the effective management mechanism of primary school information technology classroom evaluation. Secondly, the correct evaluation idea is established. Finally, the reasonable method of primary school information technology classroom evaluation is established.
