With the further development of teacher professionalization concept in the field of education, the researches about the professional development of middle school information-technology teachers have aroused extensive concern in the field. And the number of literatures about the information-technology teacher’s educational practice is also growing. Thus can be seen, the ascension of information-technology teachers’ practical ability plays a very important role in their own professional development.This paper focus on the best practice of middle school information-technology teachers’ professional development, use case study method, and the research object is fixed upon a middle school information-technology teacher. During the research, data and material came from the daily teaching works ’collection of the teacher. And through the study method of observation, interviews and teaching material analysis, we made an in-depth exploration of the practical knowledge contained in the best practice of middle school information-technology teachers’ professional development. The purpose of the study is that though real cases the discovered knowledge is no longer a theoretical form of principled, systematic knowledge, but specifically contextualized knowledge. In that way readers can learn the knowledge presented easier, at the same it is more suitable for the professional development of information technology-teachers.
