Our country always pay attention to ideological and political education for students of all levels of education. This is reflected in the course of ideological and political education in the whole learning career with students, the course of ideological and political education is the examination subjects of very important exams, such as, college entrance examination, postgraduate entrance examination. Senior high school is the critical period of the formation of students’ world outlook, outlook on life and values, so it is especially urgent to develop ideological and political education in this period. In addition, knowledge economy era, micro culture and personalized pursuit is more strong, the ideological and political education in high school has brought unprecedented challenges, increase the difficulty of carrying out ideological and political education Finally, it is existing the phenomenon of ideological and political course in high school that teachers are hard to teach and students are hard to learn, which is mainly due to the ideological and political textbooks being dull and difficult and teachers personality charm missing. Therefore, to enhance the high school ideological and political teacher’s personality charm is particularly important.The main purpose of this paper is the research on the problem of the high school ideological and political teachers’ personality charm, the research has four parts:On the current general performance and enhance the necessity of personality charm. The ways and problems of the current personality charm promotion.The cause of the problem of the charm of the human personality.The countermeasure of improving the personality charm of the ideological and political teachers in senior high school. The specific research framework is as follows:The first part, introduction. This part introduced the research background, significance, content and method, and from both domestic and abroad are reviewed, and defines the relevant core concepts, this study to lay a solid foundation.The second part, The main analysis of the current high school ideological and political teachers’ personality charm of the general performance and enhance the necessity.The definition of the relevant core concepts, analyzes its general performance, and the need to enhance the need for specific and practical needs.The third part, The ways and problems of the current personality charm promotion.
