With the advancement of new curriculum reform,various circles increasingly appeal to the constructing and promoting of efficient classroom.But the majority of Chinese class in modern society exist certain problems here and there. In this paper,started from the theoretical knowledge of language subjects,based on actual survey inHuangmei no.l middle school of Hubei province,we comprehensively analysis the trouble existed in current lesson and put forward some strategies about the structuring of efficient classroom.After the implementation of new curriculum, middle school language teaching has made great achievements, such as:more prominent dominant position of students, teachers, teaching methods have changed, no longer the traditional "chalk and talk", "full house to ask. "At the same time, some of the problems under the background of new curriculum language teaching is also exposed, such as teachers’side, old-fashioned teaching methods, teaching goal setting narrow, single teaching evaluation and so on; students:the learning attitude is not correct, learning methods inappropriate and the like. The author from the community, teachers, students, three-dimensional analysis of the reasons for these problems, and as a reference, a Hubei Huangmei Huangmei in language teaching conducted a survey. According to the theory and survey data analysis, the author proposes a strategy to build secondary language efficient classroom, such as: teacher:the teacher to enhance the quality, updating the concept of education, careful preparation, passion teaching; students:the student should change learning concepts, enhance sense of learning, training learning ability; Finally, we also set two aspects to talk about the construction, such as multi-faceted, diversified teaching evaluation and evaluation system from the classroom; create a harmonious, fair class building.
