| "One outline and varied version of textbooks" at the background of New Curriculum intrigues the intense interest in the study of textbooks. In the study of the textbook of Chinese, many critics, through the comparison between the Kai Ming Chinese Textbooks and nowadays, point out the problems and shortcomings in the current junior textbooks of Chinese. Compared with that in the Kai Ming Chinese Textbooks, do the current junior textbooks of Chinese track a wrong way? This thesis samples the textbook of Chinese mainly edited by YE Sheng-tao during the era of the Republic of China and the official Experimental Textbook of Chinese, both representative and influential respectively of their own times and through the comparative analyses of them, it explores the value and orientation of current junior textbooks of Chinese, and attempts to propose some instructive suggestions.Centered on the Kai Ming Chinese Textbooks (hereafter referred to KMCT) and the official Experimental Textbook of Chinese (hereafter referred to ETC), this thesis includes four chapters. In the first chapter, it focuses on the development of ETC compared with KMCT in terms of their different outlines and outlooks of editors against their backgrounds. In the second chapter, based on the four systemic principles, namely article-picking, reading-assistance, knowledge-forming and practice-processing, it intends to analyze the difference between them with the focus on the content. In the third chapter, based on all above, a survey about the effect of the development of ETC is carried out and the result will be thoroughly analyzed. In the fourth chapter, it attempts to propose some instructive suggestions under all above. |
