From The Perspective Of The Management System Of Chinese Football Professionalism In The Development Of The Research On The Disputes

Although the football level in China has been improved over the years, the dispute were still often appeared, it is also have a gap in the expectations of the people.The dissertation deeply analyses the structure of Chinese football professionalism and the root of different kind of disputes during its development from the football management system. In addition, the "match-fixing" and "black whistle" are set as examples to mainly discuss the three typical events since Chinese football has become as a profession. According to the laws and regulations, provide authoritative support for the research.The aim of this dissertation is to put forward some practical suggestions which are beneficial to consummating the management system of Chinese football professionalism and preventing the emergence of disputes.The dissertation uses the method of documentary, interview, logic analysis, comparative analysis, case study to analysis and research. According to the management system of football professionalism in our country as the beginning, focused on the disputes during the development of professionalism in the research, and analyzed by the following aspects:(1)It starts from the Chinese professional football management organization and its relationship, analyzing the characters, duties and current situations of State General Administration of sports, the Chinese Football Association and professional football club and reveals the Chinese Football Association in the current system of a dominant monopoly by the method of documentary,logic analysis and so on.(2)Using the method of comparative analysis to compare to football professionalism in European developed countries, it is found that the Chinese management system is defect.(3) Through the method of case study to introduce the three typical disputes, to analyze the causes of the "Gong Jianping case", "five rats in League B case", "anti gambling hitting case", and it is the unsettlement of the first two cases that cause the third "earthquake". "Anti gambling hitting case" also reflects the comprehensive corrupt in the Chinese professional football management system, professional construction officially faces the time to reinvent the wheel.Combined with the analysis and discussion of the whole dissertation, we can draw the following conclusions:(1) Chinese football professionalism management system is not perfect, the manage organization structure is not reasonable, it has a big gap in the legal system, institutional norms, financial standards, and other aspects of the referee between the developed countries. (2) Disputes in the development of Chinese football professionalism is mainly due to management system, profit distribution, prevention measures and other aspects of the lacking work, those aspects are containing all the participate in the organization and personnel of the professional football. (3) Disputes in the development of Chinese football professionalism has brought many negative effects, hindered the process of professional development, and it will be passive to promote to connect Chinese football and international football just in a few cases. (4)From the "match-fixing" and "black whistle", revealed the Chinese football professionalization is not mature, the present situation of the management system is not perfect, professional football deepen reform should give heavy responsibilities. (5)The influence from the dispute problem to the separation of the management system reform is disadvantages than the advantages, to prevent and control the emergence of the dispute is still the key to ensure the smooth progress of the separation system.(6)The reform of separation of management and control system is the key to the construction of Chinese football professional management system.
