From the perspective of ethic,the relationship between preschool teachers and parents is the most crucial ethical relationship in preschool education. Parents and teachers play an important role in children’s development. In addition, parents are targets of service for preschool teachers. Interactive activities like information transmitting and emotional exchanges between preschool teachers and parents are major parts in the work of kindergarten. A good interactive relationship is significant for the development of children’s intelligence,the formation of their healthy personality and their social contacts.However, nowadays our society is glutted with moral relativism and the professional ethics is going down, so the professional ethics problems of preschool teachers are emerging in an endless stream during these interactions. Besides, these ethical problems are emerging,such as the inequality between teachers and parents, the disrespect and unfairness that teachers hold towards children and parents.Thus, it is very necessary to have an ethical review of the interaction between parents and teachers.This research is reviewing the interaction from the perspective of ethic,aiming at improving the quality of interaction by helping the preschool teachers be aware of the ethical meaning of interaction, finding out these ethical problems from the perspective of ethic and then regulate their behaviors.In this study, the research background and issues, research significance, research purposes were identified on the basis of the research path and methods, and the use of literature analysis on the existing research has been reviewed.Then defines some core concepts as well as let the teachers understand the ethical meaning of interaction through its essence and connotation. Turn the theory to practice on this basis, through the observation of the current situation of preschool teachers interaction between parents in the perspective of ethics, and found that the phenomenon out of ethic and collect typical cases that are out of ethic.These cases mainly come from hot news and preschool spots. After induction and analysis, researcher have found these typical problems:teachers behave beyond the bottom line; the responsibility of two parts is unclear and the dilemma when faced with personal benefits. Then is the analysis of the ethical senses and reasons of these cases. The ethical senses mainly involve values、respect、justice、equality and honesty. The specific reasons are:the multiple social background and its influence on education; teachers’ lacking of construction of professional ethics standard; the unhealthy environment of cultural system in kindergarten and the personal reason of preschool teachers. Based on the former parts, researcher put forward some targeted suggestions:speeding up the construction of teachers’professional ethic; improving the environment of cultural system; forming an all-round supervision system with the participation of parents and elevating the professional morality of preschool teachers.
