Education is a human activity. From the perspective of ethics, we pay special attention to the ethics of interpersonal interaction in education. The relationship between teacher and children is the most important relationship in early childhood education. Kindergarten education is a process of passing information, exchanging emotion and carrying out activities mainly through the interaction between teachers and children. The relationship between teacher and children through the various links in the children’s daily life, is the important guarantee of realizing the goal of the education of kindergarten. Good relationship between teachers and children has important significance on children’s healthy personality, the development of intelligence, physical and mental health development and social interaction. The utilitarian orientation of instrumentalism is popular, the professional ethics tend to be weak. The present situation of the kindergarten teachers’ ethics anomie phenomenon appeared frequently. In the field of preschool education, there are lots of ethic issues which are easily neglected such as unequal relationship between teacher and children, unequal treatment. Research on ethical issues of the teacher-children interaction is very important. This study focused on the ethical issue that is easily neglected in daily teaching activities. This study will analyze the ethical issues in every situation from the perspective of ethics. Its purpose is to summarize and conclude some appropriate ethical decision and the bottom line to provide the related reference for kindergarten teachers to improve ethical practice.The article is divided into five parts of contents:The first part introduces the problem of the research and the background, research significance, literature review, the purpose of the research, ways and methods of the research and so on. Research on ethical issues of interaction between teacher and children is the most important problems of all interpersonal interaction in kindergarten, but also concerns the key problem of children’s development and teachers’ occupation of happiness. So the research is imperative. The second part introduces from the non human performances of the teacher-children interaction. Teacher-children interaction is full of ethical meaning. Non human performances of teacher-children interaction is:"transactional interaction" that lack of emotional motive, "asymmetric interaction" that neglect children, "interaction about rules" that emphasis on transferring knowledge, "sloping interaction" that emphasis on teachers’ authority. The third part presents typical cases to analyst ethical problems of teacher-children interaction.The cases come mainly from preschool education, the hot news of child abuse, typical ethical issues in the field of preschool education. The cases come mainly from different kinds of classes in the public garden and private garden. Typical ethical issues include: teachers behavior beyond the bottom line, teachers lack of respect, teachers treat children unfairly, teachers’ unclear duty and ethical dilemma involving different interests of the people. The fourth part is the ethical implication of the ethical issues of teacher-children interaction and reason analysis. Teacher-children interaction contains ethical values such as humane, responsibility, respect and fair. The reasons include effect of old culture and education tradition; the construction of professional ethics in teacher-children interaction, the adverse effects of culture system in the kindergarten, social safeguard measures, teachers themselves. The fifth part on the basis of the previous three parts puts forward the suggestions to solve the ethical issues of the teacher-children interaction. First, strengthen the construction of kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics in teacher-children interaction. Then it puts forward the bottom line of ethics in different situation creatively and provides the ethical guidelines appropriate for teachers. This is one of the most innovative in the research. Second, the construction of professional ethics internalization externalization circulatory system. Third, advocating humanistic garden of ethical care. Fourth, reform the social security system for preschool teachers. Fifth, strengthen professional ethics knowledge training and evaluation. Second, construct internalization-external circulation system of professional ethics. Third, advocate ethical caring in kindergarten. Fourth, reform the social security system of kindergarten teachers. Fifth, strengthen training and evaluation about professional ethics knowledge in teacher-children interaction.
