The Research On The Cultivation And Investigation Of Attachment Types Of College Students In Physical Education Major In The Universities In North Henan Province

Since the attachment theory was proposed by the British psychologist John Bowlby(1907-1990) in 1969, the theory has become the important theory research of social emotional development, for the research of interpersonal adaptation and development laid a solid foundation.The university stage is one of the key development period of life, at this stage, it has completed that the transition from family to society, from dependence to independence, from teenagers to adults. After entering university, learning environment and the goal will be changed, a new life and interpersonal environment will be faced, there are must some interpersonal relationship adaptation and development problems, it is necessary to development attachment theory and apply it to the research of adult attachment. Literature data method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method and measurement method and so on has mainly adopted in this paper to investigate the status of attachment of college students majoring in physical education in North Henan and analyze the influence factors. The main conclusions are as follows:1.The data of attachment types in the study of Physical Education Major in the North Henan show that healthy attachment relationship accounts for the largest percentage of the number in the survey, about 53.96% of the total number; followed by are attention and apathy, respectively, accounting for 26.22% and 10.37% of the survey; fear of attachment relationship accounts for the smallest proportion in the survey, about 9.45% of the total number.2.Analysis of the survey data shows that the attachment type in the research affect the object of study’s interpersonal communication, the way of doing things and the quality of life;There are some factors affecting the object of study’s attachment type, family factors, social factors, school factors and their own factors are included. The study found that the experience of the early parent-child relationship formed the "internal working model" of people, the quality of the early parent-child attachment have an important impact on individual’s personality and psychological, the attachment relationship also can change along with the change of environment.3.In order to develop college students’ mental health, help insecure attachment students establish a good and friendly relationships with others, the paper explores the intervention measures of insecure attachment students from three aspects: internal conditions, external conditions and professional psychological counseling. To cultivate a health and secure attachment pattern, it should start from the primary family and focus on the individual characteristics of the insecure attachment students, combination with family environment, school environment and self reflection, to form a three-dimensional effect.
