Question is an important method for teachers in the classroom teaching, leading the student’s thinking. The appropriate questions can be a good setting for development of students’ thinking, and help students grasp the relevant laws of physics, enable students to actively participate in classroom learning. Therefore, this article studies the question in teaching of physical laws from the perspective of the development of students’ thinking in the high school.The study included three parts:Part I:Compare the open class and normal class to know the differences in the level of thinking and the openness of classroom question. Part II:study the distribution of the different level questions in the classroom teaching and know the influences. By comparison with the same class of heterogeneous lesson, get to know the distribution of the different thinking level problem in the different teaching part. Part III:study how to influent the students’thinking by the interaction between teacher and students. Use question-answer analytical framework, excellent open class contrast with normal classes in the same class of heterogeneous Lesson, get to know the teacher-student quiz to solve the problem of high thinking level, find out the similarities and differences during the interactive, draw more conducive of interactive quiz mode that effect the students’intellectual development.The result show that the level of thinking which caused by the question on the outstanding open class is much higher than the normal class and more openness, open class compared to normal classes, the teacher pay more attention to the students’ thinking process, the classroom atmosphere is more relaxed. Normal class raised mostly closed and lower level of thinking questions, teacher pay more attention to the content of the conclusions, ignoring the process of student thinking exercise. In the normal class, the thinking level not match very well with the teaching part; courses tend to focus on the application of the physical law, while ignoring the analyzing and understanding process of physical law. For the interactive process between teacher and students quiz to solve the problem, teachers should try to understand, to manifest their thinking of the student, in order to reduce the teacher explain the main and only concern the conclusions and ignore the phenomenon of students’ thinking process, and timely feedback to the student’s response, enhanced exchanges of teacher and students in the classroom, enhance the effectiveness of interactive quiz.
