Today, with the development of Information education and educational information, the using multimedia teaching and learning has become a conventional teaching and learning mode in a growing number of schools. So the tools of technology is more and more application in teaching. Technical tools can improve the enthusiasm of the students’ interest in learning and classroom participation, which makes the teaching better. With the development of education reform, the teaching idea of taking the student as the center of classroom and teacher to lead the classroom unceasingly to take root in the hearts of people, and between teachers and students the question and answer behavior is the main activities in the classroom. Therefore, the research on the question and answer behavior in the classroom is the key to improve the teaching level and students’learning. Paper attempts to use classroom observation, find no tools support technology in high school physics class Q & A behavior and tools support technology in high school physics class in the Q & A behavior exists between what the differences are, and analysis what are the reasons that lead to the existence of this phenomenon, and then use the data analysis to verify tool technology can improve the classroom in which students participate in the classroom quiz, and put forward some suggestions according to the conclusions of the research.The research question is whether the use of technical tools-plickers can improve the behavior of the question and answer in the classroom. Methods of observation, interview and correlation analysis are introduced in this paper.The final conclusion is that the use of technical tools-plickers can improve the participation of students in the classroom. For the three parts of students who before the use of technical tools does not participate in the classroom,the use of technological tools to introverted students to participate in classroom is of great help, but for the students of bad learning attitude and poor academic achievement,it is without the help. According to the conclusion, the author put forward the following three parts:he first part is about the suggestion of teacher teaching (1) Learning how to make use of technical tools and apply it to the teaching, then improve the behavior of students in the classroom. (2) For students who are of bad learning attitude and poor academic achievement, ask them lots of questions in class and give them positive feedback. (3) For the introverted students, let them answer the question orally. The second part is about the suggestion of students learning:(1)The introverted students should make the goal of the number of times per day to participate in the classroom and complete it every day.(2) For students who don’t want to improve their grades, they have to make short-term study plans and answer the questions as possible as they can. The third part is about the suggestion of education department:(1) Increase efforts to make teachers pay more attention to the classroom quiz, and train teachers to use the ability of technical tools. (2) Gradually improve the education system and weaken the utility of teaching so that teachers can pay attention to each student.
