One of the most important aspects of children’s social development is children cooperative development, cooperative development of children will help improve children’s cognitive abilities, perspective taking ability, peer interaction and the ability to problem-solving ability. Study results show that the critical period of development cooperation is early childhood 4-6 years old, at this stage the children in cooperative plasticity strong. So for 4-6 years old children has significant meaning for collaborative culture.Games is very important to young children. The game is children’s basic activity. Children learn how to communicate with people, get knowledge and acquire skills through the game. Among the many types of games, role play is one of the most need mutual cooperation between children game type, young children want to make the role play smoothly must negotiation with the rest of the group.Therefore,this study tried to explore role play to the role and effect of children’s collaborative culture, for education workers know how to use the role play to cultivate children’s cooperative provide empirical data.In this study the main method is experimental method. From the practice kindergarten of tianjin to select two middle shifts, one of the class as the experiment class, the other class as the control class without intervention. That in control class and experimental class before and after the intervention of role game children infants in this institute chosen on teacher evaluation questionnaire scores for data analysis, to research the change of the score of the three dimensions, at the same time, this study selected two case analysis to explore the use of role play intervention to cultivate children’s cooperative mechanism. The results show that:1 Role play intervention can improve the level of children’s cooperation to collaborative of Intermediate children.2. Role play intervention can improve the level of children’s cooperation to communication of Intermediate children.3. Role play intervention can improve the level of children’s cooperation to help humanity of Intermediate children.4. Role play intervention on the influence of different gender children’s cooperative level is no significant difference.
