Cooperation is the cornerstone of the survival and development of mankind. Cooperation is a kind of common communication state when children communicate with peers, and also an inevitable happening when dealing with people. This study starts from children’s cooperation, and is put in role play, in the last guide behavior settled on the teacher. Children’s cooperation in this study is defined as that children in role play can have harmonious division of labor, cooperation and coordination, trying to ensure that the game activities carried out smoothly. It includes three forms: companion guide, peer dependence and partners collaborationAccording to the needs of research, the researcher chooses teachers and students in middle class of kindergarten A in Liaocheng city as research object. The researcher observe and record the real process that how teachers guide children’s cooperation in role play games in natural observation method. And also to supplementary the observation records by talking with teachers, so we can get further understanding of kinds of influences that influences teachers’ guidance.There are five parts in this study.Part1:introduction. It explains the meaning of this research and the main research aim. At the same time, do some brief introduction about former studies in this filed, and get some inspiration.Part2:research designing. It briefly describes the theoretical and the research of the study.Part3:the status of teacher’s guidance. The researcher summarizes the status of teachers’guidance:The game preparation—material preparation, enrichment life experience of children, distribution of game roles; The main game stages——the guiding initiatives of teachers, the guiding identity of teachers, the guiding emotional orientation and guiding effects; The game evaluation stages——the subject and methods of evaluation.Part4:the problems and the factors of teacher’s guidance. The problems contains:the teacher can not find out the value of preparation, high frequency of the guidance but low effect, evaluation of formal, individual differences under the guidance of teachers. The researcher analyzes main factors affecting teacher’s guidance, and discusses from the three aspects:the concept of teacher education, personality characteristics and wit.Part5:and advises of teacher’s guidance. Combining with the research conclusion, the researcher put forward two feasible suggestions to teachers: We are committed to link theory with practice, to guide pre-school educators how to guide children’s cooperative behavior in role play games, to improve guidance effect, and all the most to cultivate more successors who know how to cooperate and who are good at cooperating in the new century.
