The preschool education is the beginning of a lifelong learning, is an important part of national education system, is the important social public welfare undertakings. In recent years, as the rapid development of our private kindergartens, to a great extent, make up for the public garden on children hold degrees of defects, for our country made great contribution to the development of preschool education, formed all kinds of gardens, such as the public garden,private garden, characteristic garden. According to the ministry of education in 2013 released by the national education career, according to data from the statistical bulletin 2013 nationwide private 133500 kindergartens, a year-on-year increase of 8813. Children in the park, 9.0796 million, a year-on-year increase of 423400 people. In children garden of 19.9025 million people,a year-on-year increase of 1.3751 million people. The establishment of a large number of private kindergartens in ease preschool children in the great pressure at the same time, also bring the harsh competitive pressure for private garden itself. Private kindergartens because of its own limitations, in coping with a public park, all kinds of contradictions, such as the charge is not standard, low quality of teaching, management inefficiency problem and increasingly prominent.Under pressure from large external and internal environment, seeking survival and development,the construction of brand system makes private kindergarten winning the ultimate magic weapon.Along with the market economy system, powerful magic weapon "brand" as the market share,already is not limited to the enterprise, the education system is no exception, many private kindergarten is on the brand development way. Kindergarten "brand" as a kind of intangible assets,with its strong cohesion and diffusion force, will offer an inexhaustible driving force to the development of kindergarten and army. In short, who can have a strong brand, who will stand out in the multifarious army of private kindergartenThe brand construction involves all aspects of private kindergartens, however, the most important is a team of well-trained teachers, teachers is the implementer of the teaching activity,organizers and evaluators, is to develop diversified development of new talent, to assess the determinants of school power. Therefore, in order to strengthen the management of teachers, improve teachers’ quality, determine the success or failure of private kindergarten brand construction.
