The problem of citizen consciousness education has caused the attention of every country.. In China since the reform and opening up, the great liberation of thought in the field of the citizens, civic awareness and civic awareness education research has gradually become the academic circles of a new research perspective and to cultivate qualified citizens become the main purpose of citizenship education in many countries, especially developing countries begin to pay more attention to the study of civic education, students’ citizen consciousness education is gradually incorporated into the field of theory. Junior high school, basic education to the critical period of transition in the higher education, in junior high school is the meaning of citizen consciousness education is from a young age to cultivate civic awareness and sense of global, to develop international vision. Study on the civic awareness of junior high school students from the national and social development level, is conducive to the construction of socialist democratic politics, the construction and perfection of socialist harmonious society; from the junior high school students, which is a special group level to see, the civic awareness of junior high school students have help junior high school students of all-round development. On the practical significance and conducive to the implementation of "Ideological and moral curriculum standard", for the province to carry out civic education in junior high school inquiry mode, accumulate experience, explore the law, form guidance, in the wider promotion for the mode and method of civic education in junior high school, and promote the benign development of citizen consciousness education of junior high school students, promote orderly citizen consciousness education practice development, faster to improve the quality of the people. Therefore, this article uses the literature analysis method, comparative analysis method, questionnaire survey method, specification analysis and empirical analysis combining method, of Ganzhou City HuBian middle school students conducted a questionnaire survey, through the SPSS data analysis software found that the majority of secondary school students awareness of the rules is strong, but ways of cultivating awareness of the rules needs to be improved; junior high school students’ consciousness of social morality is strong, but actual behavior and consciousness is inconsistent; fuzzy awareness of rights and obligations, legal concepts are to be strengthened; subject consciousness is stronger, but the participation consciousness needs to be improved. The imperfections of the students to participate in the environment, the lack of education philosophy, the deviation of the value orientation of Chinese traditional ethics is weak civic awareness in junior high school students through a questionnaire survey and interviews of Ganzhou City HuBian middle school teachers. The proposed to provide students to participate in the security environment, improve the value orientation of the traditional ethics education idea and remodeling three aspects to improve civic literacy of junior high school students, improve the civic awareness of junior high school students, to truly become a socialist qualified citizens.
