With the rapid development of Internet Technology, the mobile communication devices and other social medias have brought a great convenience to our life, work and study, and pushed us into the ?Micro? age. In recent years, as ?new darling ? of the educational information age, micro-lecture has become an irresistible power a nd trend in the modern teaching because of its feature of adapting to the trend of educational information and complying with the direction of basic education reform. The dissertation mainly used the methods of literature research, content analysis and case design. The dissertation firstly introduced the current status of C hemistry Concept Teaching and summarized the research results of micro- lectures, and then defined the two items with features de scribed. Next, by content analysis, the dissertation came up with the principles of high school chemistry micro- lecture design, and concluded the general process of high school C hemistry micro-lecture?s design and development based on the ADDIE model and demonstrated its recording methods. Finally, through preliminary analysis, lesson plans and script design, the dissertation designed micro- lecture teaching cases for the concepts of “Periodic Table of Elements”, “Covalent Bond” and “Primary Cell” from Compulsory Chemistry Book 2 published by People?s Education Press, and recorded the whole teaching processes.By exploring the deep integration of chemical concept teaching methods and micro- lecture, the author tries to design and develop the micro- lecture cases, and expects to provide references to the majority of chemical educators, help them to ge t a better understanding of the micro- lecture design and development process, encourage more high school chemistry teachers to join in the micro- lecture study, thereby micro-lecture which are more in line with students’ individual learning needs.
