The rapid development of internet information technology has led people into a micro-era,which represented by "micro-blog","micro-message","micro-film" and "micro-video".As a new type of network learning resource,micro-lecture has the characteristics of time shorter and concise content.It also has diverse forms of representation,which can meet the needs of people in modern fast-paced society to use fragmented time for learning.Meanwhile,it is the low cost of entrepreneurship in the internet era as well as national call for innovation and entrepreneurship that attracts an increasing number of people to start their own businesses.In order to help those entrepreneurs who want to learn entrepreneurial financing,this paper studied the design and development of a series of micro-lecture named Primary Learning about Start-up Financing.The study process can be divided into theory and practice aspects.In terms of theory,the paper gave a detailed comparison and introduction of micro-lecture and related concepts.The micro-lecture mentioned in this study is different from micro-course.Micro-lecture,whose core is micro-video,is a subset of the micro-course.Then based on the constructivism learning theory and master learning theory,the paper put forward principles need to be observed in the design and development process of micro-lecture.Guided by the design theory of the ADDIE,a model for system development of course,and "Nine-five matrix" instructional design theory,the design and development process of the "Primary Learning about Start-up Financing" divided into five steps.During design period,adhere to the following principles.They are respectively to emphasize studying target,regard learner as the main-body,select content seriously,embody micro-features and integrity.Problem orientation is a good way to stimulate interest of learners and trigger their reflections.In practice,according to the five stages of the ADDIE model including analysis,design,development,implementation and evaluation.The paper focuses on the first three stages.In the analysis stage,the financing related online video lessons and entrepreneurial financing books which are the basis of content selection and can also provide teaching reference for the design and development of the Primary Learning about Start-up Financing,were collated and analyzed.On purpose of understanding how often do the learners study through internet and mobile sets,how well they know micro-lecture and start-up financing and whether they would like choose micro-lecture for learning start-up financing,did a research in two different groups.In the designstage,combined with Gagne's nine-stage teaching events,the paper established teaching process of each micro-course.To the begin,stimulating the interest of learners,mainly through problem-oriented,is important.Then inform the learning objectives to learners,explain main points around the theme,and finally summarize.In the development stage,after the comparison for three kinds of video recording methods and the results of the survey,the Camtasia Studio recording software was used to create the micro-lecture video by recording the PPT courseware and adding the voice.Finally,the process of instructional design,script design and video production is elaborated with two cases.Ten entrepreneurs were invited to watch the developed micro-lecture Primary Learning about Start-up Financing.The efficiency was tested by question-and-answer questions.
