| Micro-lecture has achieved a good result since the initiation of micro-lecture teaching in Guzhuang School,where the author is working,providing a great platform for practising my micro-lecture teaching,further promoting and motivating the author’s thesis during the post-graduate study.Meanwhile,micro-class has been considered as a convenient and efficient method in teaching research.In spite of the insufficient systematicness and comprehension of micro-lecture as well as the lack of resources on physics concepts in micro-lecture,micro-lecture in physics teaching is welcomed by most of the students because the teaching form of micro-lecture is thought to be interesting,inspiring,onvenient and understandable in physics class.The content of the thesis,which consists of 3 types of physics concepts,micro-guided learning plan,micro-video,the design and application of micro-exercise,is determined by both the types of Junior physics and the components of micro-lecture.Combining the characteristics of both the micro-lecture and the physics subject,the author conceives and formulate two principles for designing micro-lecture,which are derived from the perception of the students.They are structuality-highlighted and student-centered.Based on the two principles and the problem which is cuased by the insufficient design of micro-lecture in the teaching and learning process of physics concepts,the author proposed four concrete strategies which are used in the design of micro-lecture concept teaching plan and created plenty of micro-lecture resources which consist of micro-lecture teaching plan,micro-teaching guided plan,micro-video,micro-exercise of Junior physics concepts,offering help to the teachers who are in pursuit of the application of micro-lecture in their physics teachingThere are two phrases in the application of the resources of micro-lecture in Grade 3 physics concept teaching.The first round was form September 2016 to May 2017,the second was from September 2017 to May 2018,which both achieve great effectiveness in physics teaching,supporting the feasibility of using micro-lecture in physics teaching.Despite the positive results,the author realizes that mirco-Iecture is however just an auxiliary method which cannot take place of teachers in class-teaching.At the same time,while we are applying micro-lecture in physics teaching,we should communicate with them,encourage them,chieve a consensus with them in teaching and learning,help then learn the knowledge better,thus to make them love physics. |
