Reform and Development of Basic Education, has been accompanied by a fundamental reform of teaching and educational programs. With the advancement of basic education curriculum reform, the new curriculum reform in middle school biology has made gratifying achievements, new ideas biology curriculum has been effectively carried out and implemented. New Idea biology course offered to improve students’ biological science literacy for all students, promote inquiry learning and attention to contact with real life, in which "focus on contact with real life," the new concept of curriculum emphasizes teaching to the original closer to social reality and experience of life on the basis of students to pay attention to so that students learn biology in the familiar context of real life, teaching ’life, and the society, "I will be simply referred to as" double close "teaching.In this study, Guiyang City, the eighth high school students as a study, using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews etc, to carry out an investigation is "double close" Teaching. The survey found that due to the pressure of college entrance examination and other factors, the teachers involved in the "double close" content in high school biology teaching less, to carry out activities related to social practice less. The overall situation is, "double close " the implementation of teaching high school biology there are many difficulties in the teaching situation is not optimistic, yet attracted much attention and strengthened.In this study, high school biology "double close" Teaching presented problems, difficulties, student interest in learning as a starting point, to carry out the practice of "double close" teaching on students’ interest in learning. The results show that the implementation of the teaching of the "double close" can not only improve students’ interest in learning the biological and biology, but also help students love biology. Finally, we analyzed, put forward five principles "double close" should follow the teaching of science, guidance, subjectivity, experience and openness and school and high school biology teachers suggestions for reference.
