A Study On The Governance Of Network Ethics Of Contemporary College Students

With the further development of Internet, the network has become an integral part of people’s life and work.The rapid development of the network has quietly changed the way people work,life style and thinking mode,and it has brought great convenience for people’s work and life.In recent years,the number of Internet users in China has greatly increased.As a relatively high knowledge of youth groups,College students are easy to accept new things and has become the main force of the network to use.The instrumental role of the network has been greatly improved,which greatly improves their learning efficiency,expands their vision,and facilitates their life. However,the network is a double-edged sword,There are both advantages and disadvantages.Network belongs to discrete structures and has a virtual,concealment and open characteristics,which makes it difficult to identify the true identity of Internet users.Because they lack public moral constraints in the virtual world of the Internet,where they have a great freedom and arbitrariness,which is easy to induce the college students who self-discipline consciousness is thin and weak freely ride in the network world,in fact,this has brought a series of network moral problems.The governance of College Students’ network moral problem is imminent.To a certain extent,college students,as a representative of the moral spirit,play an important role in spreading moral ideas and cultural knowledge.Their network moral quality not only directly affect their all-round development and socialization,but also relate to the healthy development of the network morality in whole society and even then lay a foundation for constructing the harmonious network culture.Therefore,in view of a series of network moral problems the current college students appear,combining with the background,being based on the perspective of governance thinking,the paper make a comprehensive in-depth analysis of the reasons behind the problem,and put forward the path to the governance of some college students network moral problems.This paper explains the connotation,characteristics and principle of network moral,the consistency between Governance and the characteristic of the network moral,analyses and discusses the necessity of college students network moral problems governance,the network moral problems college students exist,the reasons behind the problems and some pieces of governance paths.In general, this dissertation consists of four parts:The introduction part,It states the theoretical and practical significance of the selected topic,research status at home and abroad,the research path and method,the research innovation and its inadequate.The first chapter,on the basis of taking example by relevant research results,the author scientifically defines the concept of network moral,explains the characteristics of network morals,and discusses the necessity of governance of college students network moral problems.The second chapter,it analyzes and summarizes a series of network moral problems of college students.Through the design of the survey questionnaire and the data of statistical analysis,author comprehensively and objectively summarizes the existence of some network moral problems of college students,including the aspects of network moral psychological and behavior.network moral psychological problems include that network moral awareness is weak,concept of network value is confused,sense of responsibility for the network is weak.The problems of network moral behavior include that academic plagiarism is flooding,porn sites are browsed and spread,and there exits network violence,network rumors,the network shopping credit,computer viruses and hackers,act.The third chapter,it analyses the causes of College Students’ network moral problems.Network moral problems of college students,as a global issue with the development of network,the emergence of which has its profound reasons.such as,the negative impact of the social environment,the lag of school network moral education,the characteristic of students themselves and negative impact of network structure.to straighten out the causal relationship between the question and the reason can provide necessary basis for the governance of college students network moral problems.In the fourth chapter,after analyzing the reasons of the network moral problems of college students,combined with the background that country are carrying out the depth governance of the network,author tries to explore the governance path of the network moral problems of college students,Such as,to give full play to the role of government governance,to enhance the role of university governance capacity,to improve enterprise network technical means of governance and to improve the college students’ ability of autonomous,which can form resultant force,work together to solve the problems of college students network moral problems,and then to promote the healthy development of Internet culture.
