With the comprehensive construction of the well-off society, especially in the western region of minority areas and the struggle against poverty has entered a crucial stage, in the long period of the "blood transfusion" type of external assistance can not reach the anticipated goal and gradually became the spread hotbed of "wait for assistance " and " depend on external assistance to survive ", therefore we should pay more attention to the livelihood of the people, especially the subjectivity and development of worker’s ability to create wealth out of poverty. Can not simply copy the eastern mode, but should take the initiative of worker, and bringing regional identities. Education as a part of the people’s livelihood, also the most effective way to improve the individual income of workers, material life, people’s livelihood, should deserves due attention.The Southeast Guizhou ethnic areas, especially Rongjiang and Leishan which located in Leigong Mountain and Moon Mountain area, as a minority inhabited areas, impoverished villages and towns of Guizhou province is also more prominent, more poverty, in a long period of time worker’s education and income levels is still in the low level equilibrium state, they have something special in the relation between educational degree and individual income aspects. To study the relationship between individual income and education level of the region, to explore a feasible path to promote worker income in ethnic areas, has important theoretical significance and practical value for the individual and family anti poverty, life improvement and overall development of the region. Through on-the-spot investigation found that, with the deepening of the reform and the tilt of national policy, the individual income level of worker in Southeast Guizhou ethnic areas have greatly improved in recent years, and the level of education has gradually improved, there is a certain interaction between the two, but because of many aspects of local social and economic development, industrial structure, the development of productive forces and the traditional ethnic culture and education for the workers not pay enough attention to real life, the problems of the development of local education itself, influence the education level on individual income is not very significant, education does not play its due role in promoting the local workers to increase revenue in the process.The natural environment in ethnic minority areas in Southeast Guizhou is complex, cultural pluralism, regional development is relatively backward, to ensure the individual income is reasonable, sustainable increase is also more difficult. And through education, to cultivation workers’ subjectivity, promote the labor quality, at the same time, its impact on the employment structure, family management and the social relationship has an important effect on individual income. Therefore, in order to promote the worker’s income in poverty area and improve the living conditions of the basic concepts, will be targeted for the necessary reform of the local education. in order to adapt to the level of local economic and social development and national culture under the premise, to guide local labor employment, increasing income expansion the source, so as to achieve a reasonable and sustainable income to promote workers. Of course, in the process of education reform, to improve relations and cultural diversity protection and good quality of education development, the relationship between general education and occupation education, pre education and post education, worker’s demand and national education plan; this is not only from the worker’s employment ability and the work quality, more is to promote the overall development of the region, to consider the overall situation of social harmony and stability. Specifically, in order to make education promote individual income and anti poverty can be achieved, we must do the following: First of all, from the perspective of poverty alleviation through resource development to human resources development, from support poor areas to support poverty population.Scond, more emphasis on the study of scientific and cultural knowledge and consolidate, enhance the cultural quality of labors and the level of the ability to work.Tird, to promote the reform of education quality evaluation and evaluation of talents, pay more attention to the reality of life workers concerned when educate, to improve the quality of occupation education and personnel training needs of the community to guide. Fourth, pay attention to the contact of education content and the local production of real life and cultural. Fifth, promote the combine of the general education and occupation education, make full use of family education and social education in develop the quality of workers, and perfecting the system of adult education and promote labor’s continuing education.
