The 21 st century is the era of information explosion, knowledge update fast and the total amount of knowledge and great expansion, countries all over the world realize, now is information society, is a lifelong learning society, talent learning and development depend on reading to achieve, hence to carry out to read for the core of the world education reform. Many experts and scholars both at home and abroad think that the training of reading ability should be shifted from "teaching knowledge" to "learning from the church". The students can not in a limited time reading infinite knowledge and access to information, and young readers reading limitations, it is not possible to read the information easy to understand, which requires young readers to master certain reading strategies, reading strategies.Thus, this paper, from the perspective of "reading strategy", explains the significance of reading strategy to reconstruct the current reading teaching content, with a view to the current reform of the new curriculum and the inspiration of the first line teachers. The first chapter is the introduction, including the research background, the definition of related concepts, the significance of topics, innovation, literature review and the research methods of this paper. The second chapter mainly analyzes the present situation of the teaching content of Chinese reading in junior middle school and the root causes of the current situation. The current status quo is: pay attention to the analysis of the content of the text, pay attention to the language form of learning, the study of reading strategies. In this paper, the main reasons are not clear, the new curriculum standard is not clear about the reading strategy, the teaching material is short of the information text, the Chinese knowledge is lack of procedural and strategic knowledge. In the third chapter, the reading strategies of junior high school students should be divided into three dimensions: integrated reading strategy, self monitoring strategy and different style of reading strategies. Integrated reading strategies include prediction strategy, summary strategy, questioning strategy, reasoning information strategy. Self monitoring strategies include the ability to quickly and effectively understand the contents of a Book SQ3 R strategy and to improve students’ reading ability and to enable students to enhance the ability of self monitoring W- L- K strategy. Different text reading strategies include understanding the story line strategy of the fictional text, helping students understand the link strategy of practical writing and reading method. The fourth chapter describes the integration strategy, self monitoring strategy and different strategies of text knowledge and teaching implementation steps, and teaching design or an existing lesson excellence of each strategy.
