On Optimization Of Colleges And Universities’ Disciplinary Structures In Henan Province

With the rapid development of progressive social and economic level, the scale of higher education has been greatly improved, the continuous development of university disciplinary structure for improving the level of social productive forces of science and technology has played an important role in safeguarding the personnel. Therefore, to further optimize the structure of the undergraduate colleges and universities in Henan Province and meet the upgrading of industrial structure promoting social and economic development is an important way to meet the diverse needs of the personnel structure.The key task is to examine the current situation analysis and development problems. In this paper, the distribution of undergraduate university disciplines, undergraduate distribution of students of all discipline analysis, and statistics and analysis of the distribution of key disciplines summarize the current status of Henan university disciplinary structure, complete the disciplinary structure size, disciplinary layout, the regional distribution of institutions, disciplinary quality, analyze the situation of students in various disciplines to study the development of the current disciplinary structure of Henan universities.Structure should be based on the logical structure of subject knowledge development, the demand for social and economic development, the development needs of the personnel structure. Analysis of the current problems of the disciplinary structure completes the undergraduate level Henan disciplinary repeatability, reasonable disciplinary layout, the quality level and industrial structure, and the cause analysis.
