This thesis mainly based on Wudang Chun Yang,Taijiquan and YijinjingInternal martial art, combined with historical material and practical heritage, studies the traditional Chinese martial arts and the reflectedaesthetics in the form of its performance and inner principle.Firstly, this thesis briefly introduces thetraditional Chinese martial art which is studied as one ofthe traditional arts in the aspects of practice, regimen, health, ethics and aesthetics.And from the perspective of modern art concept illustrating the aesthetic issues of traditional martial arts, this thesis specifiesits research purpose and significance.The core of this thesis involves three aspects: aesthetic artistry, body aesthetics and life spirit of traditional martial arts.In the art aesthetics, from the perspective of the natural techniques to explore the characteristics of action skill and the principle of bionics for the traditional martial arts. Italso expandsthemartial arts manualand rhymed formula, which are associated with the dance moves, and makes themartial-dancing homologous thought.In the body aesthetics, this thesis illustratesthe association of traditional martial with Taoism internal alchemy, the relevant principles of internal works and physical problems, as well as the conversion problems of life experience and aesthetic experience.Life spirit of the traditional martial arts is the further psychological exploration of body view.This part concerns the “Qi”culture as a special kind of traditional Chinese theory with theassociation ofa person’s physical, psychological and spiritual level. Thus involving Chinese Traditional as a martial art, the final point must be from visible to invisible, from martial arts tomonasticism issues.Finally, from the background of popular culture, this thesisdiscusses the Chinese martial arts’ development trendincontemporary society andstudies the impact of martial artson contemporary society in the four aspects of film culture, literature, entertainment andlife fitness.This paper endeavors to guide people to correctly get to know, appreciate and experience the beauty of martial arts.And also rationally reviews the connotationsand contemporary values ofthe Chinese martial arts with the multi-dimensional mining of its aestheticthoughts and connotations.
