The popularity of western sports is due to the fact that they are competitive, which promotes the development of western sports.Chinese traditional sports are also people's physical movement and competitive, but Chinese traditional sports choose text, image and other inheritance paths, which seems to ignore the essence of national traditional sports inheritance. Therefore,in order to further develop our national traditional sports,we must grasp the essence of national traditional sports inheritance--the competitive development of national traditional sports technology and choose the path of competitive inheritance.Taijiquan is not only the representative of Chinese martial arts, but also the living product of Chinese traditional culture and the wisdom crystallization of Chinese ancient philosophers for thousands of years. Therefore, this study takes simplified taijiquan as an example to explore the inheritance mode. This research mainly USES the cognitive science, phenomenology, physiology and psychology related theory, using the literature material method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, interviews and observation and comparison analysis and other research methods, aims to explore a new method of inheritance of national traditional sports in China-sporting heritage, for the inheritance of national traditional sports in China to provide theoretical reference. The conclusions of this study are as follows:First, the body is the origin of simplifying the inheritance of taijiquan.Simplifying the inheritance of taijiquan is actually simplifying the body inheritance of taijiquan. No culture can be separated from people, and people are people's bodies.Sports culture cannot be separated from people, because sports need physical movement to be expressed. Therefore, the body is the foundation of sports culture.Once the inheritance of sports culture is separated from the carrying capacity of the body,it will lose its true meaning.Second,Highly sensitive body experience is the basis and soul of competitive inheritance.Simplified taijiquan inheritance, based on the regression of the body, through Gao Mindu body experience, make use of in a competitive process, the cerebral cortex motorium of simplified taijiquan exercise related groups of neurons in the excitement and inhibition of nerve center to achieve a reasonable and orderly, and efficient energysaving, sensitive, strong discharge, and the synapses protein structure changes,to form more sophisticated neural circuits, the memory trace or mark more deeply, ultimately the formation of simplified taijiquan body behavior for the practicing sports.Thirdly,Competitive physical behavior is the fundamental guarantee to simplify the inheritance of taijiquanOnly by making the physical behavior of simplified taijiquan competitive can the practitioners generate the strong power to transform the physical memory of simplified taijiquan into a higher memory tower of collective memory and cultural memory. On the basis of body memory, the collective memory of a social group is formed when the body memory of an individual is Shared and mastered by a broader group in the process of social communication. On the basis of collective memory, simplified taijiquan is formed through the objective-materialized canonical cultural symbols, thus forming the cultural memory of simplified taijiquan.Cultural memory is the top of the memory tower, which makes the simplified taijiquan culture have a high potential energy. This cultural potential energy is combined with the strong power of competition,so that the simplified taijiquan culture inheritance is like "water under high pressure",which has a strong power of inheritance, and finally achieves the effective inheritance of simplified taijiquan.
