Education, has been an eternal research topic for social science researchers since the moment of everyone of us was born, it’s adumbrative we’ll enter a complex humanity cultural world and accept postnatal education. Education is the civilizat ion process of society. However to definite and demarcate it, in the perspective of the culture, education can be regarded as a conscious method, which every society try to propagate and maintain the glor ious aspiration, the aspiration originates from basic faith of society which is related to w orld’s essence, knowledge and value.The education level of a region is closely linked to the local economic level and culture tradition. Educat ion informat izat ion is not only the most signif icant aspect of education but also the most prominent characteristic. In recent years, the construction of educational information have been developing rapidly in the areas of ethnic minority. From 2000, when " the connection among schools project, began to implement in countrywide primary and middle schools, to 200 3, when the modern distance education began in rural primary and middle schools, the implementat ion of the two projects refreshed the education of the areas of ethnic minority and lay the foundation of "the connection among classes" project.The key of this paper is to make how the connection among classes project is implemented in Tu Autonomous county clear. How to proceed bottom-up implementat ion and up-bottom practice? In process of practice, what benefits will bring and what problems will occur? How dose those problem happen? Can the practice achieve desired effect? Meanwhile, analys is the result of practice. In the view of anthropology, the paper will research how to focus on national education. From the project of connection among classes, reflecting the policies of Chinese a nat ional education and the difficulties it may occur in the process of the practicing national education. The paper will focus on what national education should do, and what role does it play.
