In recent years,the rapid development of information technology has a profound impact on all aspects of human life,especially for education.In the process of information technology,education is facing a profound transformation,which is an important feature of educational development in the information age.The universal of an educational object.It is the strategic choice of the reform and development of our country’s education reform and development.The informationization of basic education plays a vital role in the process of education modernization.In recent years,China’s basic education information development has a certain basis,but there are also some problems,mainly in the basic education information,and the urban and rural development is not balanced.It is obvious that the input and output difference between urban and rural areas is obvious,and this paper discusses the status of basic education information,performance problems and so on.In the process of research,the paper uses the literature method,the questionnaire,the hierarchy analysis and the data envelope analysis method,and choose 60 junior high schools in the province at random.To analyze and organize the data,find out the main factors that rest rict the development of basic education,and put forward the rationalization countermeasure.This study is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction of the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,the research content and method,the current situation of the development of educational information development.The second part is a brief introduction to the concept of educational information,the evaluation index system of educational information.The third part is the design and confirmation of the index system.This part includes the contents of the evaluation index system,the determination of the index weight,the design of the questionnaire and the confirmation of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The fourth part is the statistical and analysis of the data,the basic situation,descriptive statistical analysis,the selection of the object,the analysis of data.The fifth part is the research on the evaluation of the information performance of theprovince’s basic education.Including performance indicators,school performance assessment,analysis of existing problems.The sixth part,the analysis and the countermeasures.Analysis from appearance and nature,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The seventh part is summary and prospect.
