As a mathematics teacher, the first priority is to cultivate the students’ professionalism. Follow in importance by improving the practical ability of student teachers and teaching other teacher’s professionalism.In this paper, the main framework is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. It includes comprehensive selection of topic background and purpose and significance of this study. Combing the current related research at home and abroad, put forward in this paper; we study the research methods and research tools.The second chapter is the mathematics education internship student questionnaire analysis. Using SPSS.17 internal consistency reliability analysis of the questionnaire, it involves the preparation, practice, and the effects of the internship’s three dimensions are then analyzed and concluded. Finally through the questionnaire survey the credibility of the alpha values is obtained in this paper, through the questionnaire.The third chapter analyzes possible factors affecting the quality of mathematics teachers and teaching. Through the histograms and pie charts on the analysis of the results of the survey. It is clarified the influencing factors on the quality of the mathematics teachers.The fourth chapter includes the comparative analysis of the teaching plans from the students themselves, normal universities and practice school in which three angles are analyzed.The fifth chapter, in view of the factors affecting the quality of teaching is solved strategically. Respectively, from their own, normal universities and practice school three main Suggestions and improvement measures are proposed, respectively.The sixth chapter is summary and outlook. While summarizing the main points of this study, it discusses the main innovation points of this study, the problems existing in the research process, and the vision of the future.The innovation of this study is from a mathematics teacher intern’s point of view,combined with their internship experience, analysis of mathematics teachers in the process of internship teaching existing problems and its reasons, and puts forward the advice and strategy.
