For the students majored in preschool education, mathematics has always been a difficult subject and many students have been worried about it. Traditional teaching method is still widely used in our current mathematics teaching, which emphasizes the mode of “teacher centered, students passively accept the knowledge”.Traditional teaching method widens the distance between students with mathematics. According to the new curriculum standards, students should be in a subjective position in learning and also should be an important participant in the teaching activities. This thesis aims to explore the teaching mode of "students as well as teachers". Finding a way to make the students actively participate in the mathematics learning, to improve the classroom efficiency, to improve the mathematics accomplishments of the students. Meanwhile this thesis tries to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for teachers in pre-school teachers’ school in mathematics teaching reform.This thesis consists of five parts:The first part: raise questions and explain the purpose and significance of this study according to the characteristics of the future development of China occupation education, normal education, preschool education and mathematics curriculum.The second part: Further clarify the significance of this study on the basis of domestic and foreign studies on the autonomous learning research.The third part: Defines the concept of "students as well as teachers" teaching mode, analyzes the characteristics of the mode, and expounds the theoretical basis of this mode.The fourth part is the practice and exploration of "students as well as teachers" teaching mode. Firstly, analysis of the teaching process, is composed of four parts, namely: the teacher distribution plan, leading students to preview self-study; teams of students around, exchanges and cooperation, a clear division of labor; and inversion, the students came to lecture, from passive acceptance for driving instruction; consolidate the sublimation, expand the application,evaluation and incentive. Again, to mathematics teachers, "students as well as teachers" teaching mode of experimental research, through the front side of the teacher research, the experimental class and the contrast class data, explore "student teacher" teaching model on students’ learning achievement, learning attitude, learning habit and thinking ability of the ring, the experimental data analysis, draws the conclusion.The fifth part is expectation of mathematics teachers, "students as well as teachers" teaching mode. And propose improvement strategies according to the question in the teaching practice.
