In this case, since 2001 the compulsory education reform experiment has been carried out, especially with the new curriculum standard applied in 2008 in Henan, and the reform deepened since 2010 for basic education courses, teaching materials and teaching methods. Middle school basic education takes an important responsibility to train the innovative talents who have high scientific literacy and rich humanistic literacy. Therefore, it is the main trend of social development to vigorously promote the reform of life science course in middle school education, and improve the status of biological science in basic education. Under the new curriculum standard, it is one of the main purpose of the high school biology teaching reform to build biological teaching activity pattern, leaving the students accepting higher levels of biological science literacy education.In the paper, which is based on the high school biology curriculum standard, I as a front-line teacher study and discuss the concept of students, teachers and class in the biological teaching activities, as well as discuss the main measures to construct efficient class depending on the knowledge and skills and teaching methods that biological teachers have and evaluation system, etc. According to the new biological curriculum standard, the students are the main bodies of learning and the master of the class, who ask the teacher to treat them equally and see them with the eyes of the development. The teacher is learning guide for the students, who should change the traditional teaching mode and pay attention to the change for the role in the class, as well as focusing the students based on the requirement of the new curriculum reform. At the same time, the teacher must have not only higher scientific literacy, but also a new idea to evaluate students. It is required there to be the harmonious relationship between teachers and students and harmonious learning atmosphere in the new class. Based on the new curriculum standard, it is required that teachers know students, teach them according to their aptitude, make enough preparation before class, and improve the teaching effect of c biological lass using modern teaching means. The most important thing is to "return" the class and time to the students. Of course, with the transformation of teaching ideas and the promotion of the teaching effect, it also helps us of a lot to sum up after class and evaluate class by school, which is the key to the effective biological class.
