Teacher is the key to develop education.Teacher is not only the main body in the school management,but also the object of school management,the double identity of teacher management make its role more and more important.Teacher management is the key to improve the efficiency of school management,promote the teacher professional development, and improve the quality of education.This paper illustrates the S,H school of Guiyang,explains the use of way,questionnaire, interview, literature analysis,statistical analysis and other research methods.It systematic analyzes the problem in the process of teacher management in the two migrant children school.Including teacher’s low barriers to entry,teacher’s professional development is ignored,teachers incentive is lack,teacher evaluation is not scientific,teacher losing fast.And analyze the causes of these problems: teachers low benefits, development space is small, backward management concept, teachers’ self development ability is insufficient, lack of teachers’ motivation, teachers evaluation idea behind, survival pressure, etc.In the floating children school teacher management experience at home and abroad for reference, on the basis of, the author put forward to promote S, H school teacher management thinking and suggestion: broaden the school funding channels, regulate teacher appointment;strengthen the teacher training, improve teachers’ professional accomplishment;to increase teachers’ material and spiritual reward, improve teachers’ work enthusiasm;improve the teachers’ evaluation system, reasonable evaluation of teachers, stable teacher troop, etc.From the government,society,school,teacher four aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures.In order to improves the management level of migrant children school teachers,improve teacher’s professional quality, improve the teacher’s living conditions, develop teachers development space, and thus improve the floating children school education quality,protect legitimate interests and status of teachers,bring attention of government and social relevant departments,increase the policy tilt and the input of finance to the migrant children schools and teachers,promote the education fair.
