The Research And Analysis Of The Current PE Lessons In The Schools For Migrant Laborers' Children In Pudong New Area In Shanghai

In 90's last century, with the increasing of Migrant Laborers in most developing cities inshore in China, some schools to apply basic education for their children have been created. Furthermore, the question of how these schools are running is always concerned by the public. However, although these kinds of schools have been set for several years, the result is still not satisfactory, especially in the part of BPE. (Basic Physical Education)The report aimed to search and analysis the current existing problems and causations in the schools for Migrant Laborers' children. First of all, it will show the current BPE in these schools by questionnaires and visiting about 10 schools in Pudong New Area in Shanghai. Secondly, according to these problems, it will have a lot of research and analysis which may explain or describe the causations. Thirdly, some suggestion will be given to help the development of BPE in these schools from school, society and family.As the results shows:(1) Not normalization of PE Teaching.(2) Drop behind of PE teaching mode.(3) Weakness of PE teachers.(4) Lack of PE outlay, PE field and PE equipment.(5) Unequality roles with other schools. Suggestion as follows:(1) Build an effective system to support, which includes a complete chain of PE management and teaching, get more connection with other schools to share resource, and propagandizing rightly to get a concordantly support.(2) Intensify the management of PE teaching in schools and optimize the PE culture and environment, which have inside management criterion, raise the teachers' quality, and expand the PE lessons and its culture interface. (3) Improve the family inside environment to get a solid backup and both material and mental supports are necessary.
