Classroom Learning Community in primary school is a community constructed by students and teachers. Students in it played the subjective role and teachers as the leading role. The learning motivations, learning abilities and learning habits in primary school classes has its own characteristics, so Classroom Learning Community which is constructed in primary school considered that knowledge is built by persons themselves,they communicate and collaborate with each other. Classroom Learning Community is a community with common vision, at ease and harmonious classroom atmosphere and strict discipline. It is composed of somebody and some effective learning mechanisms.The study of the construction of Classroom Learning Community in Primary School is based on the researches has been done before.Introduction: Point out the research question of this study through reviewing the domestic and foreign existing researches about Learning Community, Classroom Learning Community. Define the core concept and the related concepts. Discuss the basic thoughts, basic research methods and the significance of this study.Part I, Trace back of the theoretical basis of Classroom Learning Community,which provided theoretical supports for the construction of Classroom Learning Community in primary schools. We find out that Classroom Learning Community is based on Learning Organization Theory which is belong to Management Science,Constructivist Learning Theory of Learning which is belong to educational psychology and Group Dynamics which is belong to Dynamics.Part II, we elaborate the basic propositions of Classroom Learning Community in primary school based on the learning characteristics it have. Clear about the ideas ofhow to learn and how to get knowledge it keeps. It proposes that knowledge is built by person themselves and they often communicate and collaborate with each other. Finally,I think Classroom Learning Community is a symbiotic community built by teachers and students.Part III, we discuss the basic contents of Classroom Learning Community in primary schools from three aspects: the connotation characteristics, the constituent elements and the value meanings. All the members in it agree a common vision, like an at ease and harmonious but strict atmosphere. Classroom Learning Community in primary school is composed of some person and some learning mechanism. Some person means students and teachers. Instructions, behaviors and circumstances make up the certain learning mechanism. All the above promote the formation of the culture of classroom and the use of multiple teaching methods.Part IV, we construct the Classroom Learning Community in primary school based on the former fundamental theories from following aspects. Break the opposition between teachers and students to build a symbiotic community. Consult the common vision to form learning dynamics. We generate knowledge through theme based design and study through collective inquiry which helps promote implementation of the community. And promote students’ all-round development via multiple evaluate. Finally,we need some soft culture and hard system to guarantee the community operating smoothly.
