Intercultural Sensitivity refers to stimulate the subjective will of own understand,appreciate and accept the cultural differences,belong to the emotional part of intercultural communicative competence.Teacher educators are Normal Colleges educators, it is to cultivate "future teachers’, inter-cultural sensitivity level of this group is more far-reaching significance and impact.on the basis of my own live and learning experience,teacher educators were studied in the context of inter-cultural sensitivity teaching between ethnic and han cultural clashes.the even Intercultural Sensitivity or Intercultural Communication Studies use rarely to study teacher educators, this article intends to achieve a breakthrough in this regard..This study reviewed the related literature, inter-cultural sensitivity into communicative participation, identity differences, communication confident, communicative pleasure, communicative focus of the dimensions. In order to understand the status of Teacher Educators Intercultural Sensitivity level and influencing factors, research sampling method, on the part of Teacher Educators questionnaires and interviews. Through the analysis of questionnaire survey data,I found that the higher of inter-cultural sensitivity is the difference identity strongest showing of Teacher Educators in teaching awareness of cultural differences and identity has been established a mode of thinking; communication weakest faith, language or mode of communication is still part of teacher educators in teaching the existence of obstacles. Meanwhile through interviews, analyzed and summarized the factors affecting teacher educators inter-cultural sensitivity, including factors intercourse frequency, professional background,life age in multi-cultural areas, language, communication frequencies and professional background by SPSS measured significantly different life age and language has been confirmed in an interview. Combined with communication, sociology theory influencing factors are analyzed.Finally gives the corresponding recommendations. Including: based on inter-cultural sensitivity stages to use different methods of training;training knowledge to enhance multicultural teacher educators through cross-cultural; teacher educators in the educational process strengthening Ethnic understanding Education; Intercultural psychology microscopic recommended to avoid cultural conflicts.
