Intercultural effectiveness refers to the ability to achieve the task of work or communication in the process of Intercultural communication,which is part of the Intercultural communication ability.Teacher education is a teacher in higher normal colleges and universities to train teachers,is to train "future teachers" teachers.Intercultural education background,Xinjiang teacher education intercultural local research more practical significance.This study studies the intercultural interaction between Xinjiang teachers' educators and practical teaching in intercultural communication and Intercultural communication.As a result of intercultural effectiveness of research and even intercultural communication research less use of teacher educators as a sample to study,this article intends to make a breakthrough in this regard.This paper summarizes the relevant literatures at home and abroad,and uses the research results of Chen Guoming and others to divide the Intercultural effectiveness into six dimensions: behavioral flexibility,interaction relaxation,interaction respect,message skills,identity maintenance and interaction management.In order to understand the status quo and influencing factors of the Intercultural effect of Xinjiang teachers 'educators,this paper uses the sampling method to carry out questionnaire survey and interview on teachers' educators in three representative normal colleges and universities in Xinjiang.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey data,the author finds that the overall level of Intercultural effect of Xinjiang teachers' educators is higher,and the level of interaction respect is the highest,which shows that Xinjiang teachers' educators' awareness and mutual respect for cultural differences in Intercultural interaction The basic principle of the other party's identity;message skills on the level of the weakest,indicating that in the process of Intercultural interaction teachers educators on the ability to obtain information is weak,the information is not enough sensitivity,which for communication purposes,to complete the communication task Will have a certain hindrance.At the same time,through interviewing,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the Intercultural effect of teachers' educators,including the frequency of intercultural communication,the life span of multi-ethnic areas,language and so on.The author summarizes them and concludes them with the relevant theories analysis.Finally,the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions on how to further improve the Intercultural effect of Xinjiang teachers' educators: infiltrate Intercultural literacy,improve the Intercultural effectiveness of teachers and educators comprehensively,improve the identity maintenance of teachers and educators from language learning to cultural identity,The sensitivity of non-linguistic information,the improvement of teachers' message skills,the promotion of Intercultural interaction,the improvement of teachers' educational interaction skills,the encouragement of Intercultural ability of teachers,and the promotion of Intercultural effectiveness of teachers' educators.
