Experiment On The Method Of Understanding Teaching In Table Tennis Classes Of Xi’an Physical Education University

Table tennis skill teaching is the core of the implementation of the special course of table tennis. In the teaching of table tennis teaching, innovative teaching methods are the practical needs of the cause of table tennis teaching. In this paper, the experimental study is carried out with the "understanding teaching method". "Understanding teaching method" refers to the teaching process from the learner’s point of view, the knowledge and skills learned in the actual combat to get a comprehensive understanding, mastery and experience. It includes six steps: project introduction, game overview, tactical awareness training, site decision making, skill training and action completion, and so on. The understanding and cognition of these six aspects are of great practical significance and theoretical significance for the promotion of teaching effect.The research object of this paper is the problem of "understanding the teaching method" in the implementation of the table tennis special course of the 2014 level of physical education in Xi’an Physical Education University.
