Under the general trend of sports teaching reform,The reform of physical education teaching method is the important of teaching reform.In the Major in teaching of table tennis of sport education specialty,Traditional teaching methods are still dominant,although the traditional teaching methods on students' table tennis skills have improved,but in the case of limited teaching hours,traditional teaching methods to improve the efficiency of technology has been unable to meet the needs of students.It is not conducive to students' learning and development,Therefore urgent to reform the traditional teaching methods.In order to efficiently improve the quality of the table tennis teaching and students' table tennis technology level,the diversified teaching methods constructed in this study give full play to the advantages of the combination of multiple teaching methods,make up for the deficiency of traditional teaching methods,and take the stage characteristics of motor skills formation as the basis,flipped classroom teaching method,teacher-student role exchange teaching method,video feedback teaching method,cooperative inquiry teaching method,mastery learning teaching method,competition teaching method to Combine new teaching methods.This paper tries to adopt diversified teaching methods in the table tennis special teaching of PE specialty,and takes this as the starting point to explore a new way for the research of PE teaching methods.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature,mathematical statistics,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey and logical analysis,and takes the 2016 table tennis class of the college of physical education as the experimental object for experimental research.The control group and the experimental group were set up.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group adopted diversified teaching methods.After a semester of teaching experiments,the results of experiments and tests were analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Compared with traditional teaching methods,can effectively improve students' technical level.(2)Diversified teaching methods are more conducive to improving teaching effects than traditional teaching methods.(3)Compared with traditional teaching methods,the combination of flippedclassroom teaching method,teacher-student role exchange teaching method and video feedback teaching method has a positive effect on improving students' technical level in the stage of skill cognition.(4)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the method combination of cooperative inquiry teaching method and video feedback teaching method has a positive effect on improving students' technical level in the skill connection stage.(5)Compared with the traditional teaching method,mastering the method combination of learning teaching method and competition teaching method has a positive effect on improving students' technical level at the stage of skill perfection.
