In recent years, with the vigorous investment on education, teaching and research equipment improved rapidly in Universities of China.Large-Scale Instruments and Equipments is an important indicator to measure the overall strength of colleges and universities, which is characterized by high cost, professional and strong, update cycle is short, therefore, the research and development of Large-Scale Instruments and Equipments sharing platform has great significance to improve the utilization rate and use efficiency.Based on the collected and sharing the Large-Scale Instruments and Equipments on the basis of relevant theory, the analysis model of the Large-Scale Instruments and Equipments resource allocation is constructed to analyse the rationality, and provide theoretical support for the purchase and manage of the Large-Scale Instruments and Equipments.
