Research On The Utilization Rate Of Large-scale Instruments And Equipment Of East China Jiaotong University

With the country's strong support for higher education and the continuous improvement of the level of teaching and research,the investment of the instrument and equipment in colleges and universities has been increasing,and the quantity has shown a larger scale.High-tech equipment is also popularized in ordinary colleges and universities,which provides the necessary basic conditions for improving the quality of talent cultivation,achieving high-level scientific research and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of colleges and universities.However,there are still many problems in the large-scale instrument and equipment of the university laboratories,such as: repeated acquisition of equipment,confusion of management and poor investment benefit.This makes the advantages and functions of large-scale instrument and equipment not fully play.How to use well,reduce idle and waste,improve the utilization of equipment,and give full play to the investment benefits of large-scale instrument and equipment,so that the maximum service in teaching,scientific research has become an urgent problem to be solved.This topic is aimed at the present situation of large-scale instrument and equipment in East China Jiaotong University by using the methods of literature research,field investigation and questionnaire.This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of large-scale equipment purchase,management and usage from the management organization and teacher-student level,and probes into the problems of the utilization ratio of large instrument and equipment in this school,and seeks solutions for them,hoping to provide reference for the development of schools.First,we adopted the methods of literature research and field visits to asset management departments.Based on the research of the large-scale instrument and equipment management system,management systems,asset value,distribution and performance evaluation,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the utilization ratio of large-scale instrument and equipment from the school level through analyzing the actual data.The research showed that: source of funds,management system,performance achievement and utilization rate are the factors that influence the utilization ratio of large instrument equipment in east China Jiaotong University.Secondly,we used the questionnaire method,in view of the use of large-scale instrument and equipment in east China Jiaotong University,sampling survey in teachers and students,and using statistical methods to analyze the factors affecting the utilization ratio of large-scale instrument and equipment in teaching research.The research showed that the factors such as personnel disposition,open sharing degree,maintenance condition and training intensity were other factors restricting the utilization ratio of large instrument equipment in east China Jiaotong University.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the paper used the fixed Asset management theory and life cycle theory.The present paper summed up the problems existing in the utilization ratio of large-scale instrument and equipment in East China Jiaotong University,and put forward some opinions and suggestions with higher feasibility from the aspects of fund,talent,platform,system,management,encouragement.
