Those who fight battle alone no longer meet today’s situation. " At present, more and more enterprises and companies regard whether there is team spirit and ability to cooperate with others as the selection of personnel as an important basis for evaluation. Team spirit has become the most important quality requirements of modern society. A well-known economic management Chen Huixiang has pointed out:"team spirit" is a cross-century subject of China, our efforts in the 20th century failed, so we lag behind. But in the new century, how we resolve this issue will relate to whether Chinese nation will stand in the world. The hope of the nation lays on the younger generation, and college students is the backbone of the younger generation. To cultivate high-quality team of university students is the implementation of the central authorities’Construction of Civic and Moral Qualities and also the key move of national competitiveness.Outward Development as a new breakthrough model of traditional education has its unique advantages in cultivating students on team spirit. The use of special scenes, and to use physical activity as the main carrier, to use the team as the main form of organization, to use the game as the main activities, students can improve physical fitness, mental health and team spirit. All of the above has laid a solid foundation for improving the overall quality. It is a great attempt to introduce Outward Development into the education of college students’team spirit building.In this paper, I use literature research, access method, measurement scale, experimental method, statistical method, the logic of quantitative analysis methods such as Research and Development to search the Outward Development’s impact on university students. By experimental research and theoretical analysis, preliminary conclusions are as follows:1, the training courses on developing teamwork spirit and cooperation has successful effect on students and has practical significance. I propose that higher education circle can use Outward Development as a new teaching methods and means to further enrich and strengthen the ideological and political education.2, Outward Development as a new mode of learning for university students has been widely accepted and loved. With the diverse development of college physical education, increasing number of high-level faculty, constantly enriching content, increasing teaching quality, capital investment, hardware improving, Outward Development will have a broader space to develop.
