| UHF RFID is a non-contact radio frequency identification technology,variable cross-coupling radio frequency signal through space to achieve thepurpose of target identification and data transmission. Work in860MHz-960MHz band UHF radio frequency identification system has higheridentified distance, higher reading and writing speed, stronger anti-collisioncapability, better reliability, higher security and stability, and many otheradvantages. In dense reader environment, because limited communicationdistance between the reader and the tag and frequency interference fromadjacent channels of communication, the tag recognition rate is reduced orreader can not read label data. In dense reader environment, how to maximizeto improve UHF RFID communication system performance, spectrumefficiency and minimize to introduce collisions between adjacent channels isthe main content of this paper.In this paper, based on careful research and analysis to large-scale RFIDapplication areas UHF RFID reader collision problem of interference, wepropose the following two solutions:(1) In strict compliance with the rules EPC C1G2protocol and ETSI302208standard communication mechanism under LBT, from networking,configuration parameters reader communication protocol control and antennaplacement angle aspects, proposed a "synchronization" technology, andproposed a series of fine-tuning measures in order to improve RFID systemperformance, and further analysis and optimization through practicalapplication deployment, thereby reducing interference between dense readercollision.(2) Based on adjacent channel rejection in dense reader environment,using the technology of RFID dense reader for filtering, to improve theadjacent channel frequency rejection ratio to increase the communication capacity of the channel, thus solving communication conflicts. According tothe communication protocol EPC C1G2DRM transmitting power spectralmask constraints characteristics, designing adjacent channel suppression filter.Test results showed that: after using the designed dense reader filter, the readrate and recognition rate of UHF RFID reader are significantly improved, andthe cost of the reader dense deployment can be reduced. |
