Mutual promotion of theory and practice can be very good to improve the comprehensive level of students. The traditional experimental teaching method are bound to hardware experiment box, the number of measuring instruments and maintenance state, can not complete the teaching task very well, can not be reached on the cultivation of students’ ability. The software is the instrument as the core idea of the application of virtual instrument technology, can solve the problem well. At the same time, with the progress of communication technology, the virtual laboratory can be remotely accessed and operation allows the user to complete the project at any time experiment, which can complement with traditional experiment each other very well to promote the teaching of theoretical knowledge.This paper takes Lab VIEW as the development platform, using modular programming, implemented on the experimental platform of communication signal and communication circuit. Based on the high degree of simulation control of real object in the front panel, the experiment platform has intuitive interface, convenient manipulation. The software part of this platform complete the function of modulation and demodulation of analog and digital communication in the simulation, and through the state machine combine different modules into analog and digital communication experiment module respectively, through logic control on front panel interface, users can easily complete the teaching experiment in these modules. The combination of software and hardware parts, using the sound card as data acquisition card, design and realize the dual channel oscilloscope and signal generator which are constantly used in laboratory. Within simulation signal source, these instruments can achieve the corresponding functions in the audio range. Finally, through the method of dynamic link, through the sub panel, these modules are integrated together, and publish it to the internet, so this experimental platform can be accessed remotely.
