Currently, the certain equipment development in China is still far behind those advanced in the world.Thus the equipment development and management need quick improvement.Through the digital collaborative development technology, innovative organization and management mode, advanced collaborative working platform and supporting environment, the integration of the information and process in model development were realized and core research and innovation ability were improved to support product lifecycle management of the certain equipment development.Major objective of this thesis is to achieve the management for digital concurrent collaborative development of the certain equipment, and to establish a domestic advanced collaborative development working platform on basis of network. Data and information transmission was carried out to ensure the workflow management and collaborative development of product between headquarters and developing units. By the collaborative development working platform,the headquarters, design establishments and manufacturing factories were linked together to provide lifecycle management support for the certain equipment developing projects.What this thesis studies are how to use key technologies such as organization structure innovation, generic specifications research, and collaborative workflow management based on product developing rate of progress to set up a collaborative development engineering platform based on product lifecycle management software system Teamcenter of SIEMENS Corporation on network for certain equipment, and to lay a foundation for a perfect digitized equipment developing system and full lifecycle management system for collaborative development throughout the corporation.Key points of this thesis are as follows:1) The PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) system and the digital collaborative development mode for certain equipment.2) Based on PLM system software Teamcenter, the model of the digital collaborative development platform was brought forward, the analysis, design, testing and implementation of the collaborative development platform were carried out.
