| Workshop integrated automation system is a large-scale information system, including a number of functional modules. It is Execution System Manufacturing(MES) as the core, and the entire production process is been automation controlled. In the manufacturing execution system, man hour management system is a way of manufacturing enterprises to manage the production site. It can monitor the whole production process in real time, and provide the management with detailed production and labor data, equipment running status information, and provide real-time and real production data for other information system, strengthen the communication between different departments, improve production efficiency, and reduce production costs.This thesis focuses on the manufacturing execution system in the integrated automation system of the workshop. MES is mainly been used in manufacturing enterprise workshop production management system, play a connecting role, the upper layer is enterprise’s production plan and management, the lower is the basic of industrial control system. As an important part of MES, man hour management system’s main characteristics are collection, statistics, analysis, sharing the production process of real-time production status of all kinds of data, solve the problem of human statistics data is not timely and accurate, to achieve the dynamic management of the production site, and to provide a multi-dimensional network, integrated data acquisition platform, and sharing data of other information management system including ERP system.This thesis was looked the author’s working unit as the background, introduced the theoretical basis of the MES man hour management system, and been introduced the function of the technology characteristic of the man hour management system, analyzed the application scope of MES man hour management system, and discussed the significance of MES time management system in the actual production. For the practical application, the design scheme and implementation steps of MES man hour management system are been discussed in detail. In the system design, taking into account the different production workshop, in order to improve the maintainability and scalability of the system, the service oriented framework is been adopted to design the total scheme of man hour management system. Software engineering methods and modeling language(UML) analysis are been used to representation of the business process, discussed the system should have the functions and performance indicators. On this basis, according to the characteristics of man hour management system, the rich client technology Silverlight in Framework.Net framework is been used as interface development, it has rich multimedia capabilities and can greatly improve the user experience and overcome the disadvantages of traditional web user interface. Data transfer is been implemented by Framework WCF Development REST. |
