The Design And Implementation Of Voice And Instant Communication System Of Enterprise

With the rapid development of Internet technology, especially the mobile Internet, and the popularity of intelligent terminal applications, such as mobile phone, tablet PC, the instant communication tools based on Internet show strong vitality. At present most of instant communication tools on the market are geared to the needs of personal use, not fully meet the functional and professional requirements of companies and enterprises. Instant communication system used in the enterprise is facing further upgrade on product and technology, so the market of enterprise voice and instant communication system is ushering explosive growth. Therefore, in view of the enterprise customers, a unified information system integrated by voice communication function and instant communication function is gradually becoming a choice direction of the enterprise communication system.This project is aimed at researching and implementing a multimedia collaborative communication system integrated by voice and instant communication, so as to build a new generation of enterprise collaborative office interactive platform. To meet demand of different scale enterprise, cloud architecture design is adopted in the system, can not only support a single large enterprises, but also able to provide communication services to a number of small medium-sized enterprises through the virtual enterprise mode.The system can provide integrated service, such as voice, instant message, video conference and collaborative multimedia, at the same time deep optimizing the instantaneity, security and stability. The servers of this system communicate with terminals through SIP, IMAP protocol and so on, to complete functions of this system. System cloud server consists of voice, instant message, multimedia collaborative meeting three ports. Voice service follows 3GPPIMS standard. Instant messaging service follows the XMPP specification, and carries on secondary development on the basis of open source framework OPENFIRE system. This system supports multiple types of terminals, including PC client, intelligent terminal based on Android, intelligent terminal based on iOS. Multiple clients of this system center on enterprise unified address book, and initiate instant message, fax, SMS or phone calls based on the address book contacts. Also, they can carry out multimedia collaborative meeting based on group, such as document interpretation, electronic whiteboard and file transfer.This system basically meets the requirements of enterprise communication system, and achieves innovation in many aspects, such as multi-types terminals, multimedia information fusion application, multimedia collaborative office based on enterprise organizational structure and business integration.
